Kelly Stone

Kelly Stone serves as the Alternate State Executive Committeeman for the Dorchester County Democratic Party. A lifelong Lowcountry resident, Kelly is dedicated to strengthening civic engagement and ensuring that every voice in Dorchester County is represented in the political process.

Professionally, Kelly works as a librarian at R.B. Stall High School, where he supports students’ academic growth and fosters a love of learning. His commitment to education reflects his broader belief that strong schools and informed communities are the foundation of a healthy democracy.

Kelly is a graduate of Stratford High School and earned his degree in Social Sciences from Winthrop University. He lives in Summerville with his wife, Lindsay, and is proud to serve the community where he was raised. Through his role with DCDP, Kelly brings an educator’s perspective and a neighbor’s commitment to building a more inclusive and engaged Dorchester County.
